STILL NO VIP REWARDS ***ZERO SUPPORT***
None of my characters have been able to recieve ANY VIP rewards. i have had destiny and the season pass for about a year now.. i preordered the taken king collectors edition so im thinking there should be NO problem recieving VIP Rewards. I have not heard back from support. Please add these items to my account. Thank you for your time.

2 RepliesHi all, We are aware of reports that players who purchased the Expansion Pass but either did not redeem it before 8/31/15 or did not log-in to Destiny after redeeming the Expansion Pass prior to 8/31/15 are not receiving the Veteran's Tour quest. We are actively investigating. Thank you for your patience.

2 RepliesVIP rewards require a level 30 character which you do not possess, or that you purchased both DLCs which you probably didn't because there is no history of you completing any content tied to HoW, and only a single attempt at a dark below quest. Furthermore, your grimoire doesn't have anything unlocked for either of the expansions. Assuming you played strictly PvP, you would have unlocked the PvP maps for both expansion, which you did not. So I am left to conclude that you also did not purchase both expansions by 8/31/15. There hasn't even been any activity on your guardian since December of [i]last year[/i] except for a single attempt at the last array yesterday. With all of this being the case there is no evidence that you qualify for the VIP rewards.

30 RepliesNow that I look at your profile... It looks like you really don't deserve the rewards. Moments of Triumph not at all representative of a year 1 veteran player, grimoire score and crucible score not representative of a yer 1 veteran player, and no 30+ level characters.

You have to be eligible for the rewards and then you have to the Veteran Player questline.

3 RepliesWell I see you don't have any level 30 characters so you missed that requirement. Did you own the 2 other dlc's prior? That would have been your only alternative to get it. I don't recall if there were cut off dates for either requirement.

22 RepliesBUMP Oh btw did you check your kiosk for abandoned missions a mission will show up that rewards you the emblem, shader, etc but if it doesnt show.up for any of your characters then you have the same problem as me :)
