You might be able to find it in the giant iPhones (lol don't know what they are called) by the lady that sells emblems and shaders:)

Sorry forgot there were weapons lol The emblem and shader appeared in the kiosks, that's all I was saying:S There's been a lot of issues with this DLC huh? So bummed out, haven't been able to play yet:(

I'm also frustrated because my friend and I completed our Moments of Triumph awhile ago, but now apparently there's a bug saying that we never found any gold chests which is garbage.
