"Jolly Holliday" Quest Bugged?
I was at 9% completion, now it's at 0%. I'm not even gonna try to finish it if I don't know what not to do. The description says nothing about anything removing progress from it.
Anyone know what to do?

Only equip it when your super is charged

It only counts when you have the last word equipped. So at a time your dieing too much just switch to a different weapon. All kills count as long as you have TLW equipped.

3 Repliesyou go up 3% per kill and down 1% per death! Thats why it says renowned in the crucible cause youre supposed to be good at it

1 ReplyFrom what I know: You need the last word equipped, yet other weapon kills do count Not confirmed, but it seemed as if you gain more progress from hipfire kills, which would make sense It also takes into account medals, sprees and the such, so play for those, even assists can help you However Each death you'll lose 1% (might be more if you die multiple times in a row, not sure) It's harder now. But all it takes is a little toughing it out and you'll be fine.

The progression seems wonky. Sometimes you go down 1% other times 2, sometimes you go up a percent, sometimes not. It's pretty inconsistent

Something to do with negative K/D's or something. They drop you down depending on your performance. I had the first part done in 4 games where as my friends still haven't been able to finish theirs and they've had it for a few days now. The better your score and k/d, the quicker it progresses.

Getting killstreaks boosts it a lot i had a game where I got several killstreaks and it went up 37%

8 RepliesHere is a little tricky to help you. Use something else until you pick up heavy. Get somewhere safe and switch the last word into your primary slot. I used an lmg until I died. Then take the last word off and repeat until the bounty is done.

It's kind of like thorn bounty with progression. Have last word equipped. You get -2 for a death and +1 for kills. Kill streaks give more percentage as well. Just try to do an objective mode and hang back. Go for heavy and use your super as much as possible. I'm not great in crucible, especially with last word, but I got it done in 2 matches.

use tlw on maps your good on/ team wining. 26 and 1 death in a game gets you in the 80% area. it can be tough but if you want got to work for it if xur doesnt sell it.
