Hey so I was able to get it working by signing into the owning account and deleting the taken king/suros/taken king weapons files from storage, started up legendary edition and downloaded them all again, stayed signed in as the owning account but also signed into the other account that would actually be using that console and signed into destiny on that account(the second one), it let me play the the taken king campaign so I turned off the Xbox completely and booted back up and only signed in as the non owning account and it worked, hope it works for you
