Pre-order failed after SUROS Shader and emblem redeemed
I pre-ordered TTK through the Playstation Store on PS4, I was playing yesterday morning and recieved my SUROS shader and emblem, went to check for TTK this morning and I had a notification saying my pre-order has failed (at the same time as I redeemed the SUROS perks!)
Obviously I cannot place my pre-order again as the game has now launched. I can buy a copy of TTK but that will mean that I won't get any of my pre order perks that I have been waiting months for!
So how can I get my pre-order perks and TTK like I was supposed to!?

what are the sparrow armour shader and year 1 emblem? I am Lv34 so i dont really mind that they are lv30
