Where are the vanguard weapons cause they ain't at the postmaster

They are the 500 glimmer a piece lvl 10 green weapons... u buy from the vanguars weapon robot...

if you have the vanguard weapon pack it's at the vanguard weapon vendor, they're greens and iirc they're cheap or free
