Suggestion: Ability to make ALL gear high level
Does anybody else think it'd be a good idea for Bungie to implement a mechanic that allows you to upgrade gear (mainly armor) to a higher tier? I figure one way Bungie could do this is with an item like what is used to upgrade a Sparrow to a higher tier. Thoughts?
