Mine are as follows
Being mean for no reason. People who think more h8 is needed are the real noobs

I would say anyone that's not trying to improve their gear, gunplay, or just their overall style of play. Giving up and being content is how you become a real noob. Take in what you can, go beyond limitations that are put in place and become a true legend.
