Hello, I have submitted multiple codes at redbull, they say the codes are good, I log into my xbox account and they say it is at the poster master, but it is not there. I have logged in and out several times and the codes are not appearing at the postmaster or even online in my account>codes page. Is there is any way we can get a resolution to this soon? Like many others I bought these and wanted them ready for right when TTK drops. Pretty bummed I don't have my Focused Light with it dropping in about 12 hours.

Nothing of mine is working. When i put in the code it says redeemed successfully but then when it has me confirm my player account it says that this code could not be confirmed on my account and so then it cancels the whole thing. Doesnt show up in the code redemptions page either. I could care less about the focused light i just want that quest for the speeder and ghost!! Please help!!
