Most anyone can learn. I was out in the cold for most of the first 4 months of the game. I don't know why people would lie, unless they've run into a lot of groups who won't take someone with less or no experience. Now I'm ok with the relic and sketchy with the sword, but I can do both. Except for Templar, I never got the opportunity to use the relic at Templar :/ At Aetheon, I'm fine. If people are unwilling to learn or are just bad at it, then you may want to think about replacing them unless you want to work with them. If we're talking about Atheon, everyone needs to have a basic understanding of the relic. In normal Crota put them on boomers, in hard mode they can shoot rockets. The majority of the players in Destiny have not had a chance to raid often if at all. Not every group wants to play Sherpa, I get that, but realize that there are roles for those with less experience in raids. Kicking an obstinate person is all good, but if someone genuinely wants to learn, help them out and there will be one less person who doesn't know how to do said raid.
