Has anyone noticed sound issues since 2.0 dropped?
Anyone? If not it means i guess my TV is glitching out and it's time for it to go.
Update: We may be trending here...
Update 2: A lot of people are reporting sound issues in the poe, but also the tower and some say music or gun sound can cut out just about anywhere. A few claim addition bugs not sound related may be present.

Yes, sound goes in and out, especially in the tower. Decrypt engram? Hear sound of process for a few, then no sound for a bit, back to sound Moving stuff in and out the vault, same thing Talking to npcs, same Mostly in the tower, not as much outside the tower

I have been wondering this myself! Sometimes the game goes so quiet I think the sound just dropped out, but when I turn and see an enemy it picks back up again.

Yes. Sometimes subtitles show but no voice. No sound when turning in engrams after entering tower.

I seem to notice it most when turning in engrams they don't always make the decoding sound anymore

Yeah, some times I can't hear my footsteps or the sprinting sound when I'm in the tower. Wierd

Yeah, I first noticed in PoE and now it cuts out or gets really muffled every now and again in the tower.

Yes, was helping a friend with skolas, and the entire encounter was silent (no music, gun noises, anything) for like 95% of the time I was in there. And when there was sound it was glitchy.

Yup. Sometimes when I'm doing stuff with quests with a person in the tower, their subtitles will come up but no sound for the dialogue.

Yeah, about half the times up to the tower, the sound is messed up. The dialogue and many sound effects will be missing.

1 ReplyI notice sometimes when I swap primaries I still here the fire sound of the previous gun for a couple of shots before it goes to the new gun.
