PSN WILL ISSUE REFUNDs FOR TDB & HOW (with proof)

I contacted psn last week about being reimbursed for TDB & HOW. I would have asked for a refund on the vanilla game, but i bought that one as a hard copy. I POLITELY stated my case, and yes i do have the text of that convo saved as well, and initially the Rep said i could not be refunded because the dlc had been purchased too long ago. I persisted, POLITELY, and he said he would send my request in to the dept that handles these kinds of things. I found out last night that i was approved for my refund. For everyone here who feels cheated, lied to, and taken advantage of, here it is, this is your way out.

  • I filed a complaint. And they said there was nothing they can do about it but refer me to bungie's customer service. Lol which is none. Now activision is not handling the customer service of destiny? I'm going to file until I get results. I'm very unhappy with this company/lack of service due to errors. I hope they are severely damaged in regards to future profits from destiny. They are seriously a bunch of lying frauds.
