Can you be light 170 as a Hunter?
If so how? My cloak is only 160 defense and i cant find a better one

I've gotten to 163, but I'm not gonna bother trying for a higher level. As others have stated, in three days it won't even matter because the level cap will be raised.

open the lvl 32 POE chest, it gives a cloak with 170 defense.

You have to get the Vex or Necrochasm at 177 (vex) or 172 (Necro) and you have to equip it. Warlocks can get to light 171.
