No need to glitch. You just walk in through a big open door closer to the water.

i just searched it on YouTube an looks like yes it is..i never knew people found it..havnt seen it around the forums.

People found it in Vanilla Destiny, but 2.0 added the area within it. Before that it was just a blank canvas
