PSN WILL ISSUE REFUNDs FOR TDB & HOW (with proof)
I contacted psn last week about being reimbursed for TDB & HOW. I would have asked for a refund on the vanilla game, but i bought that one as a hard copy. I POLITELY stated my case, and yes i do have the text of that convo saved as well, and initially the Rep said i could not be refunded because the dlc had been purchased too long ago. I persisted, POLITELY, and he said he would send my request in to the dept that handles these kinds of things. I found out last night that i was approved for my refund.
For everyone here who feels cheated, lied to, and taken advantage of, here it is, this is your way out.

1 ReplyThe cutting the content thing is what makes me pretty raw. It's one thing to just let the game go and not worry about keeping up, but while I care less about the refund, probably a good complaint is necessary. So that'll be in the cards. Meanwhile, no I won't lose sleep over it. If people like getting peed on and calling it rain from Bungie, then I suppose they should pay as much money as possible.

If I ever want to play Destiny on xbox 1 I'll have to dish out another 60$ for the first 3 DLC all over again. There are too many other new games coming out for me to be interested in repaying for the same content on another console. I have no problem dropping the game altogether, but I won't pay twice for the same content just to move on with a game if any more DLC comes out. I'm on xbox 360 by the way. I did also purchase the vanilla game of Destiny (download version). I probably don't actually have any standing here, and will most likely just stop playing the game. What they've done with the game is just ridiculous.

2 RepliesI filed a complaint. And they said there was nothing they can do about it but refer me to bungie's customer service. Lol which is none. Now activision is not handling the customer service of destiny? I'm going to file until I get results. I'm very unhappy with this company/lack of service due to errors. I hope they are severely damaged in regards to future profits from destiny. They are seriously a bunch of lying frauds.
