Xur seriously has no new shit?
This shit is -blam!-ing stupid. Bungie puts out a whole new 2.0 game patch and Xur is selling the worst gun in the game along with shit everyone already has and a chest engram for like the 20th week in a row. Am I wrong?

4 RepliesI'm actually wondering if Xur will ever sell the TTK exotics. Year one exotics everyone had access to. If you bought the original game you could use any exotic Xur sold. HoW introduced new exotics and Xur never sold those. Those had to be obtained via elder cyphers. Which makes me wonder if it was done that way for a dual reason. 1) to encourage players to defeat the hardest challenge Skolas. 2) To prevent players without the expansion from gaining access to expansion gear. However, if you look at TTK exotics you will notice a TTK icon on the exotic itself. This might flag the item as TTK preventing people without the expansion from buying them. Still though it creates the problem that people without the expansion would lose access to Xur exotic weapons anytime he sold year two guns. This puts yet another feature that was available to people who bought the original game behind a paywall. They paid for access to Xur every Friday too right? Worse IMHO would be if *all* exotics (both Y1 and year two) remained in his rotation. That would make 25 possible weapons he could sell (speculation has it that three exotics will be quested class only). Out of those 25 only 3 would be TTK. It could be months in that case before we see him sell a weapon that ascends to year two or a weapon that is TTK.

No you're not wrong seriously who the hell doesn't have no land beyond by now? I don't think any other exotic comes close to the amount of times I've seen that thing drop in the crucible, Xur has sold it about 20 times really if you don't have it by now I think you're trying not to get it. Give us something new fir crying out loud.

Yeah. 2.0 not TTK. Xur doesn't have shit, he just has what you don't need. You really expect to be handed something new and op every week? Kids and their entitlement these days.
