It's probably best to just find a group of players you get on well with in game and stick with them to do raids regularly.
I've been raiding with a group of people for nearly 2 months now, we've had a few randomers join on occasion and it hasn't worked out so well. Best just to stick with what you know, new players will find their own group by their own means at some point.

Or if each individual had their own objective pop up so collectively they'd fill the roles. Ah I dunno, it's a tricky one

I just use lfg most of the time it works out and I've done the raids so many time I can usual pull people through and help them understand
