Problem with Path of the sun singer quest. Not working.

Doing 'Path of the Sunsinger' 'Ikora's Challenge' step 8. I did the Shadow Thief strike, didn't die, used radiance, and it shows *nohing* in the completion area. Is this one of the known bugs?

Why isn't anyone replying to this????? I notice it awards me the Strike, but not the kills, and then the Strike field goes blank again. If this can't be done before 9/18 - then tell us!!
