This is the reason as the two other packages wasn't for your Warlock. Hopefully they will fix the issue for you guys on the next update on 15/09/15. I also received all the packages on my Warlock at the Postmaster but I change character and went back to the Tower to collect them. I know it sucks they should have send the package to each character separately!
