NO they don't give you the major perk. You have to regrind it again! It is the same weapon!!! HIDEOUS BUNGIE! EDIT 1: Go to your exotic armor blueprint armory. Check Year 2 armors: signature perk is unlocked by default on the left side. Now go to you exotic weapon blueprint armory. Check Year 2 weapons: it is the same blaming weapon. The signature perk have to be regrind for again. DARK BELOW IS BACK!!!! EDIT 2: This also proves that the real number of new exotic weapons is lower than Vanilla. Another lie exposed.
