I believe the issue came from the packages arriving on the wrong players. I got my warlock gear just fie but after I left the tower and came back the titan reward was at the postmaster and did not give me the exotic class item for the titan. I do however have them for my warlock and hunter because I opened them on their respective characters. I hope this helps resolve the issue and I will have my items on the 15th. Thanks
