I have also had the same issue, only getting two of three exotic items I paid for. First character my hunter got the items, went in with my warlock and got the items, my warlock then received another post drop but this time for a Titan and no exotic item was available. I have since played with my Titan but the exotic item never appeared. I also only got the Suros emblem and shader with my hunter, no sign of the weapons. Is the Suros arms pack, emblem and shader meant to drop for each character?
