Yea this crap happened to me on xbox 360 and Xbox one I paid for both collectors editions and on both consoles I'm missing my titans exotic mark. Kind of a waste of 160$ for something not to function properly. Quick to take our cash and slow to fix our problems, no wonder they say we will just throw money at the screen!
