If we delete these items how can we reattain them since the special orders lady is gone?

If you have received the exotic class item then it automatically goes to your exotic armour blueprints so if you delete by mistake or something then you can just get it again from there

What about the collectors edition ghosts

I'm not sure about ghost's but there is supposedly a kiosk for all special orders near Eva levante or something
