I too spoke with with ps support earlier today.
They said that error code was due to port forwarding issues and I was to check my router settings.
Still doing the same for after deleting destiny off the computer and reseting the computer to default.
Installing other downloads fine so don't think it's a router issue atall.

I did download the Fifa 16 demo yesterday without any issues, so not sure it's a router problem. And also with so many other people on different consoles having similar issues downloading the update, sounds more like an issue with Bungie.
