Bungie please -Next time you release an insainly large DLC why not push it out region by region a week beforehand and control your bandwidth so each dlc region gets it in a reasonable time. The key would be to leave the dlc inactive on each system until everyone has it and then send an activation notice out to install the already downloaded dlc at the same time for everyone.
No need to lock people out for days on end and hack off your already hacked off community!
rant over, but I may be back as I have 65 hours to kill!

3 RepliesEdited by KannibalKlown: 9/9/2015 4:35:18 PMExaggeration It hasn't been 2 days yet. As of the time of my post right now, it's hovering just around 24 hours since the update was released. I'm NOT saying that makes your situation pleasant. It sucks. Royally. But saying 2-days so far is a lie. Some people have found various work-arounds, I suggest looking them up. I'm NOT saying that it's OK that you need to find workarounds, but at least they are there.

1 ReplyJust out of curiosity, have you tried pausing the download and resetting your modem? That worked for me. Took me from 45 hours to 45 minutes. Also wired connection is always better than wifi for large downloads. (Which I'm sure you already knew) just trying to help.
