I found out why (insert atheist name here) can't accept that there is a god!
I've finally figured out, that most atheists cannot accept a god, because they are way too big for their britches (you know who I'm talking about, offtopic)
Take bill nye for example, the man is a genius, yet he can't accept a god because he can't imagine anything more important or smart than him.
Pride is killing atheists, as it says in Proverbs 30 verse 12
"They are pure in their own eyes, but they are filthy and unwashed."
Please atheists, let go of your pride and bias and actually see from a different perspective
I'm sure some atheists are going to come on this thread and start spouting insults about me living in my mothers basement (once again you know who I'm talking about)

3 Replies(i am christian) i just believe that science makes more sense to those with no faith and i dont blame them. The big bang theory makes much more sense then it just appearing and a man being formed from nothing and a women from his rib( or watever it was)

Religious people believe they're important enough to never really die, and they believe there's a man in the sky directing and monitoring their lives. That's narcissism and egotism at their finest.

If I simply don't feel the need to waste my time on these things? Look man ya'll can have your religion or lack of religion but you guys need to tone down the squabbling. It accomplishes nothing, if your god was/is real, is this how he wants his message spread? I know it's a two way street so atheists, fight to keep religion out of gov't don't fight to eradicate it. Hypocrisy is a cancer and we should do our part to stop the spread of it.

It's not simply a case of "not believing". Speaking for myself, I don't need god. I've got no reason to believe. I've got no interest in religion so it makes no difference to me whether he exists or not. That said, i've never seen any proof that he does exist.
