My titan didn't get his exotic piece either, but neither did my hunter or my warlock. Plus I pre ordered ttk and only got the emblem and shader for my titan. Nothing else

If you go to the emblem and shader spot in the tower on the new comp things you can scroll over to promotions and pick up the emblem and shader on each character. But I never received anything emote and class item wise.
