Okay destiny community we are all in the same boat with this patch not down loading. I just tried something simple got some good results. I went from 53% to 74% just in 10 minutes. All I did is powered off my ps3 completely and turn it back on after about 3 minutes. When to download Manger hit the triangle button an hit pause. Left it paused for about a minute and the resumed. It seemed to work for me. Just wanted to share what I did in hope that it would help some of my fellow guardian. If this help you please bump so other guardian may see this and them back on there way.

It's on the main screen when you start your ps3. Got to network and scroll down to download management.
