unreal, I cant believe the lack of help they are giving us like do they not know thousands of people are pissed right now due to their screw ups... you would've thought we would get some type of playtime today but I guess wrong

What I notice is that the help they are giving isn't even helping, it just looks like somebody copied and pasted their response. Now I'm at 128 mins!!!!!!

beats 600 mins man and on my like 10th attempt been updating since around 1pm central time its now going on 12!
