Happened to me as well. Didn't get the hunter one.
Edit: I realized. I had 2 packages on my Titan and 1 on my Warlock. I opened both on my Titan and got the shader and emote only for hunters, class item probably just didn't register since it's a cloak on a titan (plus I only had 1 slot open for class items on my titan)
