After many attempts,
Everytime it gets to around 50-60% it gives me error code 80710723 and makes me restart the download. Also it says it's downloading 1.13 not 2.0

This is pretty much the same thing I'm encountering. I've been trying for 10 and a half hours, tried four different times. Three of those times, I've been error coded.
