Customer service is the key here. I hope they learn something from this. Sadly being in the corporate world there is probably a small code red team working on this. This clearly shows that they are not ready to sevice this level of industry globally. I fo like there products however, I can not see myself recommending them given the nature of there responces this far. Dissapointed.
