UPDATE 3: Goodmorning, all. For those who have lost access to their Exotic Class Items - These will become available to you again on 9/15/15.
*UPDATE 2 - After investigating this issue, we've found that certain players were able to access Taken King class items ahead of schedule. To fix this issue, players are now losing access to the Exotic items that were granted early. These items will not be lost, and will be accessible when Destiny: The Taken King launches on 9/15/15. We apologize for this inconvenience.
*UPDATE - For those inquiring about the Suros Weapons, Shader, and Emblem - All qualifying players will receive these items on 9/15/15.
We are continuing to investigate the Exotic class items issue.

I recieved nothing from postmaster while everyone else recieved, exotic class gear like bonds and marks and stuff, a dance, and shader, but i recieved nothing, why is this?

I bought the legendary TTK bundle, didn't receive the exotic class item for my Warlock, or the Spark of Light. I have been revisiting the forums looking for a fix. Please help us out. It would be really appreciated! I've also contacted Playstation, but nothing I know I didn't delete these items. I've tried everything. Please help.

I bought the destiny taken king digital collector's edition and have not received any class item and also I purchased the updated for the digital collector's edition and still not received anything

Hi, this seems like the correct thread...I am having the same problem baphometric described above ...I just purchased the upgrade (which includes 3 class items, emotes, etc) a few days ago via my xbox one dashboard online and I received the packages for the warlock and titan, but today when I logged into my hunter there was nothing at the post waiting for me...I don't know how to go about fixing this, any help would be great.

I bought the Taken King in January 2016, and i got the shader, emote, and the exotic item for my Titan and Hunter, but when I made a Warlock I did not receive anything. When I entered the code my Hunter was at level 30, my Titan was at level 10.

Hi BNGHelp5, I just purchased Destiny Taken King Collector's Edition and I did not receive any of the downloadable content (Serros Pack, Emblems...etc) It say's it is all downloaded but I did not receive anything by postman. Please Help! Thanks,

I only received my packages for my titan and warlock. I still havent gotten anything for my hunter. PLEASE!!!! I WANT MY EXOTIC CLOAK FOR MY HUNTER!!!!

I have also had the same issue with my account. I have received the items for the hunter and Titan but I started a warlock class and nothing. Does this mean I need to be a certain level before receiving the items?

So I switched to ps4 and bought the special edition ps4 even. However when I created my hunter I wasn't given the new class shader. I received all three emotes a d class items, I'm only missing the shader. What should I do?

I got everything except the package for my Titan, I received both the package for my hunter and my warlock but when I went to claim the package for my titan-i have nothing available....NOTHING. Can I fix this somehow? I didn't accidentally pick up my Titan's package with my hunter/warlock...the package just never came😒

I too think I have missing exotics I received an unusual exotic engram from the cryptarc and it became the hawk moon, but I did not recieve the exotic class specific unique item. I paid for it I should be getting it. I actually think its funny since it was the cryptarc's painted package that alluded to something wrong. All my characters are lvl34 possible thats related but I would like what I paid for. I also noted previous post my Gamestop pre-ordered red sparrow has also disappeared. I'm not surprised, but I would've liked to have my 1st and 2nd pre-order stuff be relavent throughout destiny's game life. I kept hearing people that bought the game all over again would be getting something special aside from VIP rewards I'm not sure I see anything there either or should I be? thank you for your time
