Line up fanboys, time for your medicine. *Updated* *Again*

So it would appear, based on Deej's own words, that those not buying TTK will be capped at 34 and locked out of nightfalls, which are now level 40 only. So fanboys, I challenge you to try to defend Bungie on this for me, I'm positively dying to hear this. *Update* I hate to say I told you so fanboys, but...I told you so. Lol, everything is exactly as I said it would be. And as usual they save that little chestnut for the final week before launch. So let's continue, please fanboys, defend Bungie's latest line of b.s. for me. *Update* Credit to XBAMNX for confirming that Sony IS giving refunds for add on 1 and 2! This is true, I did it last night. They will review your case and have their decision in 3-5 business days. As politely and eloquently as you can, simply explain how Bungie is locking you out of the content you paid for if you don't buy their new add on. Jump on this Sony customers! *Update* http://imgur.com/UY554YF Read it and weep fanboys. Lol

 • Alright, I can hardly be considered a fan boy. Go look at some of my other forum posts of you don't believe me. So here's my take on this and why it HAD to happen: Nightfalls have always been 2 levels below the max level possible in the game at the time. (Yes it's going to be the same as the new level cap but that's due to the new light system) so if we stuck with the policy, that would put the Nightfall at level 38. Now I'm no mathematician, but it seems like in Destiny if an enemy is 4 levels above you, your damage against them has an absolute value of ZERO !! So even if we kept the old model it would be impossible for people not buying TTK to play it anyways. I'll elaborate further. Nightfalls have ALWAYS been regarded as end-game content within Destiny. What with the new changes to nightfalls that many regarded as a difficulty nerf, how do you think it would go over with the community that PAID for new content that the Nightfall had been severely under leveled so as to keep a minority of players that didn't get the new content happy. That would be AWFUL Community management by Bungie. Besides, why would they cater content to people who clearly aren't buying into their product? So in short, you may want to think things through before you start crying in public. You might get attention for the moment, but most people are just trying to shut you up as quickly as possible.
