I had the exact same thing happen to me. Received Titan package on my Titan opened it got everything but then got the Hunter package in my Titan's mail as well. I opened the Hunter one but only received the shader/emote no cloak I thought it was an issue with my class items being full but it seems it is a different issue.

Same for me got class items, shaders,and emotes on my hunter and warlock but not my titan. Hope there's a fix coming

I never got any of them. I had bought the game but couldn't get on till the newest update and it hasn't given me any of the gear!?!??
