Cayde's Challenge help?
I'm on step 8 of Cayde's 'Path of the Gunslinger' quest, which is "Complete a Strike using the Golden Gun to kill 3 Major enemies and at least 15 enemies total."
Does anybody know of any strikes(location/level) that has at least 3 Majors near one another? It'd make this go by a lot quicker if so :)

What are the majors? Are they the top bosses that need to be killed or not?

18 RepliesStart the Devils lair, go back to where you spawn in patrol, go underground and kill those 3 hive majors.

undying mind is best option, and you must kill 3 untouched majors, meaning your fire team cannot damage in any way the creature. you gotta do 100% damage with the special to register the kills.

1 ReplyDo winter's run. Stay outside the first cave and farm the captain. If you run around once and kill all the vandals and dregs you should have enough charge and get to him right when he spawns. Lather rinse repeat and then finish the strike.

1 ReplyI ended up going into a regular strike with my lock and got sent in by myself. Got both void and sunblock done with the omnigul strike that way

Yes. The Archon priest strike on Venus. Kill the 3 yellow Hobs when they come out of the cave. Lots of yellow Hobs down below to pick off as well.

Do the phogoth strike level 20 three hollowed acolytes are near each other after the first wave that's how I got mine done.

4 RepliesIdk if its true m8 but if the ps exclusive strike "undying mind" is now on Xbox that is your go to strike right there,,,,the second part is going up some stairs and if I remember correctly in that area there's nothing but majors (unfortunately you can't farm glimmer so save your consumables) hope its true and hope this helps Guardian :)

Do the weekly use Juju with Nighthawk after you pop 3 yellow bars switch to Symbiote.

I did it on Omnigul. Got the 15 kills in the first room and got the 3 majors against the nights leading up to Omnigul.

Winter's and Omnigul if you are on Xbox, Winter's and Undying mind on ps4, next Xbox can use Undying Mind.
