Is there anyway to transfer my xbox one account to a ps4 ?
Hello my xbox broke I sent it back in and they sent me a broke one.I am being lied to by supervisors and just having the worst customer service experience of my life.Id like to go buy the PS4 destiny bundle but I have 500 hrs logged in and can't start from scratch.Is there anyway ( I know my info is on the bungie server ) thay my account can be transferred to a new ps4 account? Thanks in advance for any responses fingers crossed this even tho small chance is a possibility.

Hello, Cross-platform transfers are not supported, your characters gear/items/progress will only transfer over if you stay in the same family of consoles and use the same account. ([b]PS3 <-> PS4 and Xbox 360 <-> Xbox One[/b]) https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12219

2 RepliesWhat you're suggesting would be two companies in direct competition with each other to set aside all of their differences and collaborate on a system which would allow one side's customer to defect to the other. It's never going to happen. Just like Wendy's and Burger King won't work together.

1 ReplySorry but no. Bungie can not move save data between accounts never mind game systems. If you want to move to Playstation you are going to have to start again. On the good side when you get TTK it has a item to boost 1 character up to level 25.

Nope. Bungie doesn't offer the ability to transfer cross console like that. Someone will eventually post a link to an official comment soon I'm sure.
