To all those 2.0+ k/d players using TLW and Thorn
It's your last day using these OP guns... Are you ready

88 RepliesPeople think I'm bashing people for using these weapons.. Typical Bungie.net stupidity. I wish I had crayons to write this out for you kids, but instead I'll explain it as clearly as I can. Those people who maintain a 2.0+ k/d will continue to maintain this k/d when the weapon patch drops because they know basic game mechanics such as how to position themselves well, when to play aggressive, how to strafe... Etc. "Scrubs" (those who don't excel at PvP) often times attribute their own shortcomings in the crucible to other players using "OP" weapons, as my post said, I can't wait to see these players frantically try and understand what's going on once the players who are doing well continue to do well, despite using other weapons. There you go, next time, just admit you can't read and refrain from posting in my threads. Thanks in advance.

With you on that one mate. Ive always ran messenger, voc, or oversoul edict and usually came out on top. I basically starting maining oversoul and im beginning to mold well with the new crucible. Im still dropping close to 20 a game, post 2.0 stats, and maintaining a 1.3 a bit lower than my usual 1.6 because im still getting accustomed to the feel of weapons. Overall im enjoying the patch and im happy the exotic hcs were fixed.

Been working hard to bring my k/d up to 2.0 brought it from a 1.3-1.55ish since HoW (didn't play much crucible before that). But I'm positive that pulse rifles like red death, messenger, all fate, and timepiece will be the new kings.

9 RepliesYou are an idiot they are both being buffed. Thorn's DOT now stacks which will be way more op than it is now. TLW is supposed to be used from the hip so players who currently hip fire are getting increased range and accuracy. Before you post these idiotic things read first

i figure anyone who uses shotgun as a primary offense, or uses TLW and Thorn are still new to the game and will hopefully branch out to the other guns the game has. once you stop sucking you can use other guns besides them 3.

Thorn was a major equalizer in crucible. Anyone can land a dot on somebody and help their team. People forget that good players are going to benefit more when TTK is increased.
