Pre-Update Poll: what percentage of your Crucible games are 'legit'?
For the purpose of the poll, ANY 1 of the following means the game is not legitimate:
1. Matchmaking drops you into an in-progress match.
2. You are playing alone or in a Fireteam of two, and you are matched with a Fireteam of 5 or 6.
3. The match begins with different numbers of players on each team.
4. More than 1 of your teammates leaves or is disconnected mid-match.
5. You are disconnected mid-match.
6. The enemy team contains a severe laggot, or modder. Players who are teleporting, have super speed, seem to fire faster than it's possible to fire, or display impossible damage resistance or immunity count here.
7. A noticeable number of enemy players are abusing Thorn, The Last Word, the Ram, Final Round Snipers, blink, or other broken mechanics.
8. The match is illegitimate for some other reason. Please comment with your reasoning.
EDIT: Number 7 has been controversial. If you don't agree that it should be included, feel free to vote based on 1-6, or your own definition of legitimate.
For me personally, I'd say that about 10% of my recent matches qualify as legitimate. It's been particularly bad lately. I'll be curious to see if these numbers change after the great tryhard-cleansing this reset.

About 50% without rule 7, about 6% with that rule. Combined arms is a happy place with those demons never really being seen in most matches.

I'd say 90% + of my games are legitimate. I don't consider using in game weapons and armour as illegitimate. I also don't consider coming up against a fire team of 6 illegitimate either. I have zero connection issues, and only occasionally do I come across someone with a poor connection on the other team, and the lag seems to be confined to that person. On very rare occasions everyone will red bar temporarily but most games I find recover fine.

Edited by The Cyndaquil: 9/8/2015 12:32:36 AMI would say about 60% of my games are "unlegit" purely because of the fact that so many times in my games I am the only one that finishes with a positive K/D ratio (No, I don't believe in Thorn, TLW, or The Ram). I'm either with an okay team against an excellent team or with an awful team against an okay team. The remaining 40% of games is usually with my friends that can actually go above a 0.66 kill to death ratio.

1, 2, and 4 describe just about every match I've been in. While I don't consider 7 "illegitimate," it does happen 9/10 times.

My only legitimate games are 3v3 with my friends. Atleast 1 thing from the list you wrote happens in every 6v6 match.

I would say 5 out of 10 game are fun! Match making is ridiculous! And sometime lag is horrible.

2 RepliesRight now it's fun to use other weapons but then you play against a group of 5-6 all with thorn or TLW and blinking all over the place lol. Your almost forced to using one of these two guns currently otherwise you just get out gunned most of the time.
