RAAM VS Skorge VS Tartarus Vs Arbiter
Note: I didn't put Chief because everyone knows he would loose, but they're over zealous rejects would vote for him. And also, this is a fist fight. No kryll, Hydra, Hammer or sword. No shield.
RAAM is from Gears, he was the leader of the entire Locust Horde, only to answer to Myrah.(Locust Queen) His extreme strength, and intelligence makes him a worthy opponent. He is able to carry objects heavier then himself.(AKA, the Troika.)
Skorge is the leader of the Kantus, was second in command, and has around the same strength as a SPARTAN or COG. He has the ability to jump extreme heights, and will...er...screams...
Tartarus is the toughest brute ever. He is the supreme leader of the Jiralhanae(Brutes), He actually has golden armor, but in Halo 2 is seen only with the shoulder piece. He's also pissed a lot.
Arby is a Arbiter. He has faith, courage, and glory. He is a true warrior.

umm i think RAAM but even though marcus quotes that skorge makes RAAM look like a pushover however you really should put arby from halo wars in... even without his swords. the guy is really agro half the time and had the strength to wield two energy swords

Master Cheif would still win, then when the fighting is over he would take off his helmet to reveal that he is actually Chuck Norris.

hand to hand... no weps.... Tartarus he is basically pure and all you saying he is slow....HE IS NOT! Brutes are as fast or faster then Arbiter. Also a single brute almost pwned the cheif and Tartarus is much larger then a average brute. Scorge could not even take out a suped up meat head soilder, and Ram got pwned too. In fall of reach the Cheif fought a brute and Elites. He barley won against the brute, he only one because he use a tricky wrestling move and a frag granade...otherwise he would have got owned. Now the Elites he beat the Elites useing pure strength, even though he was injured, he could subdue the Elites and they were at a standstill but the cheif got the uppe rhand useing strenght and got the Elites shot lololol Sooo hand to hand......Tartarus would pwn all [Edited on 05.04.2009 7:36 PM PDT]

On Legendary the Brute took 2 melees to kill you. Elites are stronger. The races have always been competing so they aren't really better than the other in physical prowess. Tartarus may be bigger, but keep in mind, muscle is denser than fat. Arbiter is probably mostly muscle. The more glutton type Brutes may be more balanced between fat and muscle. It does say 'varies', true but even if you give or take 200 pounds of weight, they Elite is considerably out-matched in terms of weight and muscle. Also; in Halo 2 Elites only had the potential to one-hit you when you where holding the sword, from my observations, and it was an overhead clump too, whereas the Brutes usually do a jab for their melee. Tartarus was a beast, there's no denying that. If the Arbiter had his cloak or energy sword then might stand a chance, but since this is just a melee fight, no weapons/shields/equipment then the Arbiter would just be out-matched completely.

And Skorge came out. I was rooting for RAAM or Tartsauce. But oh will...Why die RAAM DIE!?*TEARS* *Snort* *TEAR*.

Brutes easily out-do Elites in hand-to-hand physical combat. Tartarus himself was said to of been capable of tearing even the mightiest Hunter in half (an obvious fake-rumor, but still shows how strong Tartarus was physically).
