I redeemed a code but it said "code already redeemed." I just want my damn story mission.

It should have a place to contact redbull but you have to be able to take a picture of the code and can because those that cheated the system.

Then wait weeks on end for an email back from them. It's BS. I've literally only gotten one code back out of the 8 I've turned in. I literally pop the tab and instantly enter the code only to find out its already been redeemed on Bungie.net. They need to start finding a way to trace stolen codes back to the ppl that stole them. Then issue temp bans to their account. That's the only way this problem will get fixed.

Temp bans and Void ever code they've used..they may get back in touch pretty fast since so many people have complained about the same thing.

It's like we're donating to Redbull only to have them take weeks to give up what we paid for. It's the only reason I've been buying them. I agree with taking their focused light they stole ,too. They are actually committing fraud. Bungie needs to give is a response as to what they plan on doing about these theives.

Their plans are to do nothing they've already got the money from redbull so they can give to shits if the code works or not.

Them along with Redbull could at least apologize. Haven't heard a damn word out of either of their mouths about it.
