I'm also in the top 3% for DTR score. Is that good? What does DTR measure?

DTR goes up based on a variety of factors. Te better player you are, the faster it goes up. The higher the number becomes, the more the system gets to know how you are as a player. Eventually, it'll start to grow very very slowly.

Yea I've been at 49 in trials for 2 weeks !!! I'm almost at 50 though :D

That's true skill, not the DTR were talking about. The same thing applies to true skill though. I was stuck at 49 in skirm for at least a week myself.
