TTK exotic class items etc

I play on PS4, I already own Destiny and I have pre-ordered the £40 version of TTK from the PlayStation store. Is there any way to get the exotic class items in a bundle without buying Destiny and the other two expansions all over again? I have seen online that they will me available as a $20 add on, will this be once TTK is released? Any info would be good
