It should have a perk called "Royal Flush"
It could be something like 5 random bullets in the mag each have some kind of random effect (for each card in the hand), like one bullet can make enemies stagger, one does additional damage, one blinds enemies, one is explosive, and one burns enemies; and of course it is entirely random, kinda like Hawkmoon.

It's exotic perk is called maverick precision kills add another round from your mag into reserves. that coupled with firefly make this gun a must have for me

Yeah I agree 100 percent, but in pvp too many people would complain. it'd get nerfed or changed out with something else anyway .

And one bullet does nothing at all. Sometimes, when gambling, you lose.

Well it would be 5 bullets out of say a 10 round mag
