Unable to turn Vanguard Mentor Missive to Xander 99-40
I have an exotic missive that I'm not able to turn in to Xander. When I initially got the missive I had a complete Iron Banner bounty after the Iron Banner had completed and that was accepted. Please help!

1 ReplyHi, Do you already have exotic bounties in your inventory? If you already have the same bounties the missive will give you, you will not be able to pick up duplicates of an exotic bounty

Yes as Kellogs said any missive that duplicates your existing exotic bounties can not be decoded or only in part as you can not hold two of any bounty at the same time.
