It sounds more like people need to stop being little bitches and stop quitting because they're team is down. This would eliminate gaps that needed to be filled. It's a fact for there to be winners and equal number of losers must also exist. But we raise kids today as though they can't lose and are spoiled on this. They back out, quit, and show no sportsmanship and place blame on anyone but themselves for their failure.
