Please stop removing stuff from past DLC's
I am disappointed that packs of wolves will be gone after this update. I think it's a bit ridiculous. I mean, first with the blades of crota, now this. These events are what made patrol worth doing!!! Please stop taking them out every time a dlc comes out! Destiny isn't getting bigger when you simply remove the old to make way for the new... What about new players? If they want POE chest loot they better hope those little chests at the end are feeling generous.. I mean you want people to buy this full legendary edition of destiny, but you strip down the expansions of everything but the main story. Soon the first two expansions aren't gonna be anything but a short ass raid and a boring horde mode... New players are going to have no desire to experience those chapters. And frankly, the queen bounties were the first FUN bounties you've ever given us, and now you take them away. If you keep stripping away old content, this game 10 years from now is going to be as content-lacking as it was when it was launched. Honestly, I'd make new players play through both expansions before they play the taken king. BECAUSE WHY WOULD YOU KILL ORYX AND THEN GO BACK IN TIME TO KILL CROTA.

Agree!! Why call TTK an expansion when in reality it is a reduction.. Plus what is the harm in running the story, killing Croata and then oryx? Or the same with Wolves.. Leave it all in and allow people to run the story from beginning to end.. Otherwise why would I want to continue this 10 years if all they do is remove content and charge me money for it.. I think everyone will finish TTK storyline in 1.5 hrs.. Then we can grind for more stuff that will be nerfed or deleted in a few months.. Very sad!!!

2 RepliesThis is a bad habit of theirs. All existing content should remain as is. DLC's should [b]ADD[/b] new content and whole new areas that do not impact existing content. That way the game world would [b]EXPAND[/b] - not shrink. We want a much [b]BIGGER[/b] world, not just a re-skinned one!

I agree we should also be able to get old gear and weapons too But still why remove them, maybe add blades of crota and the named wolves to POE instead?

Agree. Old content is part of the beginning to end experience. Taking it out is idiotic.

5 RepliesI agree with you instead of taking everything away why could they not just add new areas with the TTK in it or is this asking two much??? Never mind play a real open world mad max can do and go aware I want nothing gets taken from me but added to. Keeping a close eye on TTK but not holding my breath for an average game when could have been the greatest game since pong.

6 RepliesI'm going into the car business and will treat customers like Bungie does with their game! I'll sell V8's that will also have AM/FM/Disc Dolby 7.1 surround systems, then after you bring it in for your 100 mile free checkup, I'll replace the V8 with a straight 4 and replace the sound system with a single speaker AM radio. The purchase agreement will even allow me to do this, so I will do it without any refund or apology.

13 Replieshi im morgoth. im leaving today because we will not be getting our exotics from year one to year two. they will only have a maximum lvl of 34. im a man of my word. i along with 300 of my original signers of the petition have cancelled there ttk orders. i hate to see mine go because its collectors edition but theres no reason to play the game. the entire first year was for nothing for everyone. just one giant beta test. morgoth out.. for good

Everything from the past will be gone, it is because they're all year 1 beta, taken king is be a beginning of the first year 2 beta DLC.

25 RepliesPeople just don't or choose not to listen. The devs said the reason the Wolf packs are been removed is because they will be replaced by the taken. Its the exact same as when the swords of crota was around. It's not like bungie is stopping you playing all the story missions that came with past dlc,the weapons or armour. I swear people just bitch and moan at anything without reading up on it first.

The new world events are Taken groups appearing everywhere. (Yes, this is confirmed) Come on princess, the whole plan was for the game world to move forward.

Not only did we take it away once after the first expansion now we are making all of you legendaries useless. Just so you have to use our new shittier guns which are weaker. This helps us prolong this DLC. When house of wolves came there were actually less guns to choose from the vendors than before. they continue to take content away that you paid for!!! I paid for the content of TDB and HOW but they keep taking armor guns and class items away with each expansion. How can they take options away that we paid for!!

Agreed. The word "Expansion" was grossly misused with the DLC
