The Titan is supposed to be able to hold on to or break defenses at any given moment. All of their grenades are good at crowd control and dispersing tightly packed enemies. You must be trying to use the Titan the wrong way if you can't see it's greatness in being the wall that can beat back or break any enemy that would dare to defy you.
