This should not be. The whole point of snipers is that they require skill. Hidden Hand should be reserved for fast action weapons. (Handcannons / Autorifles) Not snipers. People don't even need to aim anymore, just shoot somewhere near the torso/neck and get a free headshot. This is just as cheap as shot package, final round, and grenades and horseshoes. If you support the perk, you are obviously a skill-less sweaty who thinks Faze will recruit him because he's such a great sniper.
